🌅 Tranquil Haven Newly renovated home. Enjoy lush greenery, sea and sunset views. 👮‍♂️ Private & Secure Nestled in Table Mountain's UNESCO World Heritage Site, within a secure gated nature estate. 🏡 Spacious Retreat 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, ideal for families. 100 Mbit/s fiber internet. 🔋 Continuous Comfort Underfloor heating & a reliable battery system ensure uninterrupted power, even during load shedding. 3-time per week, the house is cleaned and the bedding changed. Welcome to our newly renovated home in Hout Bay. Our property borders the Table Mountain National Park with direct access to hiking trails, ideal for nature lovers and hikers. The expansive property offers plenty of space for privacy and tranquility, with direct views of the sea and the sunset. There are two master bedrooms of slightly equal size, each with a 180 or 200 cm wide and 220 cm long double bed. All beds have new innerspring mattresses, as well as new high-quality down comforters and bed linen. Both master bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with a large rain shower and a bath with a view of the garden. Both bedrooms are equipped with modern, quiet, fans and very warm underfloor heating. The common areas of the house are on the other side of the house, so there is always plenty of peace and quiet. The Garden Room is another large bedroom with a 180 cm wide and 200 cm long bed. The large panoramic windows allow a direct view of the rear garden, which is hidden from view and private; when the windows are open, the flowers are fragrant and you can hear the birds. The Study, has two solid built-in, bunk beds, designed for adults, and among friends for added privacy. They are 1 m by 2 m innerspring mattresses. On colder days, the room can also be actively heated with warm air from the fireplace. The Study and the Garden Room share the blue shower room. It has a double shower. All bedrooms have a workstation with monitor and fiber optic 100 Mbit/s internet, perfect for Zoom calls and remote work. The living room offers a direct view of the sea and the sunset. The new wood-burning stove creates a lovely atmosphere and, on clearer evenings, a very pleasant warmth throughout the house. The kitchen meets the highest standards and invites you to cook together. Two fridges, two ovens, a dishwasher and a 5-burner gas hob, as well as high-quality cutlery and crockery make for a great cooking experience. The large terrace is the highlight of the house. It offers space for up to 10 guests and a wonderful view of the sea and the sunset. From the terrace you can access the 2500 square meter garden, directly in the Tabel Mountain National Park, with a small pond and a beautiful river. The house has a power backup system that supplies the entire house with power during load shedding. The property is located in the Tierboskloof Nature Estate. The grounds are extensively fenced and under 24/7 surveillance. There is no safer place to live in Cape Town. A tennis court, squash courts, a large pool and a boules court are waiting to be used on the estate grounds. The beach is only a 5-minute drive away. Alternatively, you can enjoy a pleasant 20-minute walk to the beach, where you will find lovely cafés and restaurants. There are also well-stocked supermarkets just a 5-minute drive away, making it easy to stock up on all your essentials.

Fantastisch! Het woord dat overheerst. Het huis is prachtig, het uitzicht fenomenaal en de inrichting fantastisch. Er ontbreekt aan niks in het huis, leuk dat de keukenkasten gevuld zijn met alles wat je nodig hebt. Kwaliteit van alle meubilair en benodigdheden is hoog, servies en glaswerk van een hoge kwaliteit. De bedden liggen goed, voldoende dekens en kussens te vinden in het huis. Kortom, ons verblijf was perfect. Als we terugkomen in Kaapstad dan boeken we zeker nog een keer!

Words can’t express how amazing this home is. As soon as we stepped in, we were transported to a stylish, peaceful oasis with incredible views from every room. The internet was lightning fast, the house was spotless, and the personal details made this house really feel like a home. I’m already planning my next visit back!! This was our second time staying. It is without doubt one of our most favourite places to stay. Location is amazing, garden incredible, interiors super stylish. Oliver and Mo are charming and manage the property very well from overseas. Thank you - we will be back soon!

Tierboskloof Estate is situated in the Cape Town neighborhood of Hout Bay. About halfway between Cape Town and Cape Point, the estate is located in a valley on the Cape Atlantic Coast.
The Dutch explorers gave Houtbaai its name, which is literally translated as Wood Bay. Jan van Riebeeck said the woodlands around Hout Bay were the most exquisite he had ever seen. Hout Bay still has a rural feel to it today thanks to its many equestrian estates and modest farms.
Hout Bay, affectionately referred to by its locals as "The Republic of Hout Bay," is a popular destination for both locals and tourists, being only 20 minutes from the heart of Cape Town.
