this was exactly as described. easy to find. close to everything we needed to see for our two day and night stay. went to the lake , the ruins and kawa kawa hill for the views and stations of the cross. we wanted something close to all the activities and destinations without spending time on driving back and forth. also near the port for our catanduanes destination. very clean and new. could easily accommodate 7 to 8 comfortably. full kitchen which we couldnt use since we wanted to taste the local foods. two showers or full bath was much needed after all activities. spiral stairs to the loft would be difficult for older individuals so the youngins slept there. we walked to a covered basketball gym for some exercise as well. i will recommend this to all my friends when they visit the bicol region.
