The place has a lot to improve on especially in cleanliness. The sheets had a damp and rancid odor, some bathrooms were leaking at the celing -- one had no toilet seat, and water backflowed into the room. However, the place in itself looks homey. At first, they had no problem with our pets but on our second booking when I complained about the leaking ceiling, one of the owners suddenly had some complaint about the smell our dogs left when we checked out, which I know for sure was not true because we made sure that the room was disinfected before we left. We also asked them to check the room while we waited on the parking area for their clearance. I think he was being defensive because I made a lot of complaint that night. I wasn't just nitpicking, the place wqs really unhygienic and had weird smells plus the bathroom had brown watee leaking from the ceiling which was also a safety concern because the bathroom light was flickering, meaning the water was dripping on its circuit.
