We came for my birthday with my family and two dogs. The place was fantastic. Right on the beach with direct beach access, beautiful bedrooms and recently renovated bathrooms. Upstairs living room was spacious and had enough space for at least 15-20 people (although we were only 5!). Lots of space in the kitchen (two fridges upstairs, and two dishwashers) and a very well stocked kitchen. In addition there is an extra fridge and living space in the entry way. Also an elevator spans the whole house so you can take everything up to the top floor. Wonderful hot tub on the base floor as well which our family used several times. I would highly recommend this house during beach or offseason as it is very well maintained and decorated. Manish was very communicative during our whole stay. 5 stars.

Wow, wow, wow! I absolutely loved staying here. My family had a great time together on our vacation. There was plenty of space for all of us and great gathering areas for us to be close when we wanted too. Manish was such a thoughtful host. Prompt with responses and was always available if we needed anything. He thought of everything and the house is well stocked for our needs. The beds were really comfortable and I slept like a baby every night. We enjoyed the location- close to everything we wanted to do! It’s in the BEST part of town. The family decided to book our return trip before we even left. That’s how much we all loved it. And if you met us, you’d know a joint agreement isn’t common! Lol! I have sooooo many good things to say, but I’ll let you experience it for yourself! ❤️🥰

Wow, what a place! Right by the coast, this home was both relaxing and packed with great features. It's spread out over different levels, and there's even an elevator. I loved my mornings, watching the sun rise over the ocean from the deck. The host was fantastic – always ready to help but never too much. The kitchen was a dream for cooking, and the hot tub was perfect for unwinding. It was also a big plus that we could bring our pet. And, the plenty of parking made things easy for us. All in all, we've found our go-to spot in OBX. Can't wait to come back!

Manish's house was absolutely perfect. The location on the beach, the room for us all to spread out, the pool, the view, it was lovely. The bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen has plenty of room to store food/drinks/supplies. The beach is a super easy few steps away and it was so nice to have a hot tub as well. It felt like we'd never have to leave the house, which is just what we wanted. You can tell so much thought has been put into the property and it feels very warm/comfortable. We're already looking ahead to next summer to come back and stay again.

Our interactions with the host were commendable; their attentiveness without being overbearing ensured a smooth and pleasant stay. We reveled in the top-notch amenities, especially the state-of-the-art kitchen and the soothing hot tub. The pet-friendly policy and generous parking were added bonuses, enhancing our overall experience. This jewel in OBX has undeniably raised the bar for our future vacations. Anticipating our next visit!
