This darling little house is located and just a short walk to River Bend hospital and 2 minutes to I-5, food and shopping. You won't beat the peaceful setting and convenience. It is on a quiet dead end street and backs up to a big open field. You can sit outside and roast marshmallows in the fire pit, or enjoy your morning cup of coffee or a good book. The house is clean and cozy; you won't want to leave! Pets welcome! There is a great separation of space between the primary suite and the other 2 bedrooms. There is a king bed and a desk in the primary bedroom and queen beds in the other two bedrooms.

Clean, quiet, safe, has all the kitchen supplies you need, close to everything!
I booked this place specifically for the enormous, open field in the back of the house. I was traveling with my MAS from the Bay Area to Seattle and picked places along the way that gave him room to run and play. Did this place ever deliver! I don't understand why we didn't see one person in that field the afternoon we arrived or the morning we left. it felt like having a park all to ourselves and my Aussie loved it. This is an ideal rental if you've got dogs.
With our power out during the ice storm it was great to find a warm home with everything we needed. So grateful for the easy booking and communication.
I booked Chris’s place in very short notice. Chris and his family responded immediately and were fantastic hosts. I would love to stay here again when visiting family in the area.
