The apartment is very nice and roomy, the location is excellent, just a couple of minutes walking distance away from Royal Mile, the only issue is that is on a third floor with no elevator, and entrance hall is not nice, but once you are inside the apartment, everything is excellent.

We had a great time in Edinburgh. Nikki from Avoriaz was always available for guidance and recommendations. They afforded us flexibility, made bookings and were really good about check in / check out. My only two pieces of feedback concern this property itself (and not the service): need an elevator or some sort of assistance if you're going to be renting out a flat on the top floor. And second, the keys could possibly be stored at the building itself in one of those lockboxes, rather than having to go to a hotel ten minutes away. Everything in the flat worked fine and we appreciated having dishes/cutlery/kettle and importantly a few fans. Thanks very much Nikki!

This place was great! Absolutely fantastic! Clean and well furnished and so much storage! A lot of places barely have nightstands and this place had wardrobes, chests of drawers and even sofas in the bedrooms! SO many bedrooms, my family was having fun picking which one was there's. Bathrooms were clean and one full bath on each floor made getting everyone ready very easy! Loved the location! Close to everything you want to see in Edinburgh. On a busy street so the front bedrooms can be a tad noisy, but it was lovely to wake up to have coffee and hear bagpipes in the morning! The walkup is tough! A lot of steps! But the payoff is in the top bedroom when you open up the skylight and can see the Castle! Great stay! Would stay there again in a heartbeat! Oh and host was so accommodating working out leaving with our bags/checkout time!

Was over from Ireland for the highland show right in centre of city so was easy to get around 10mins walk from tram, apartment was clean and everything there that we needed, was a fairly high deposit needed few days before we landed which should be said on advertisement and also an extra towel charge which I think should be told when booking. Other than that all was good. Thanks for all Donal

Central location that is very convenient in old town. Everything is in walking distance.
