The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 12 m² with a pull-out bed (2 beds), TV, Wifi, and dining area - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, dishwasher, hotplates... - A room with a Queen-Size bed (160x200) - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet Outside : - A balcony of 5 m² and garden furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. Common area : - Shared swimming pool of 11 m x 5.5 m, with a depth ranging from 0.90 m to 1.70 m, heated, to safety standards. The swimming pool is open from the first week of December to the end of April and from mid-June to mid-September. Opening dates are not binding. The apartment is ideally located in Orcières, in a very pleasant environment. Close to all essential shops and in the center of the resort.
