Wonderful place to stay in Grand Rapids! close to coffee, the dog park, farmers market, and everything else! we enjoyed the space especially the fenced in backyard. Made a graduation dinner Sunday night, had everything we needed!

Great place, great neighborhood. Walking distance to great coffee and some cute shops. Close to Brewery Vivant--my favorite brewery in MI. Plenty of space for 4 of us. Well stocked kitchen and bath. Comfortable beds. Kristen was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay. Would book again!

Our family felt at home during our visit. Walkable neighborhood with playgrounds, restaurants and a farmers market. Would recommend this house for your next visit to Grand Rapids.

I was in Grand Rapids in early March for a week with my job and paid over $2,000 for my stay. While it was nice to have a fenced-in backyard for my dog, I think the property was considerably overpriced. We spent the week tripping over un-taped, curling rugs; stepping around/in past-renters’ pet waste; nightly swatting away moths; showering with a moldy curtain liner; and spending the evening on worn and torn furniture (one of the chairs was literally spilling cushion stuffing). An added surprise was finding a kitchen drawer filled with a bag of sprouting potatoes. I travel the majority of the year with my job and have stayed in dozens of AirBnBs, so I’m used to experiencing a sliding scale of accommodations. However, on the evening before my check-out, I received an email from this host, soliciting/lobbying for a 5-star rating. In my history of AirBnB stays, I’ve NEVER been asked to give a 5-star rating by a host.
