Jessaca was an amazing host and her place was just as great as expected! She was extremely responsive to all of my questions and the needs of our group, even saved the day with a new coffee maker when the one at the house wouldn't work. I also can't say enough good things about the location and the spacious and beautifully-decorated condo! Our group loved it and would happily book this one again!

We stayed here for a bachelorette party of 4 and it could not have been better! The place was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the place was spacious. The covered patio was also great for the rainy evening we got. We were close to lots of bars and restaurants. Jessaca was proactive with instructions and very friendly! The decor was an added plus and was great for all of our photo ops!

This is a very lovely place right on the water that is supremely decorated. It is so cute. I would recommend it highly for a group of say bachelorettes or women who want to stay on the lake together. We stayed as a family and it was still good. Jessaca was very responsive - a good host. The only thing I would want is more clear instructions on the check-in an the cleanup on departure.

Jessaca is very responsive and the property is conveniently located and decorated in a fun style. The beds are comfortable. We have stayed at this property twice!

Jessaca’s place is very well decorated and the inside looks just like the pictures and the bed was quite comfortable. She was responsive and friendly but we did have some issues during our week long stay. 1 - the main reason for picking this place was the pool but, to our complete surprise, pool was closed the whole week. 2 - the view was compromised by the heavy construction going on at other side of the complex also, the noise from it was very loud. 3 - the balcony was spacious but pollen plus dust from construction and noise made it quite difficult difficult to enjoy it - especially during the day. 4 - the grill was very dirty and impossible to use even after cleaning it - or trying to. 5 - we were working remotely from the place and wifi was out for 1 entire day which was really inconvenient.
