Very convenient stay for graduation at Troy University. Deborah responded in a timely manner to all messages. I would stay again if in town in the area!

Pros: Affordable, located close to Troy University, comfortable beds, spacious, great response time from host, security cameras and motion lights. Cons: Old house, cold shower on the 1st night, no central air (AC so loud that it kept us up at night), dirty bathroom rugs. Didn’t spend much time there. Just spent the night, as I was attending a conference at Troy University. It wasn’t perfect but it definitely got the job done!

Decent place for the price. Primarily used it to sleep, bathe & change as we were in town for a family event that was held at another nearby location where we spent the majority of our time during our stay. So it was great for that for us. The only thing that wasn’t so great is that the hot water in the bedroom bathroom didn’t/doesn’t get/stay hot or even warm. However the water in the 1 main bathroom did/does. So most of the guests (7) in our group had to share/wait to use the main bathroom shower to have hot water. Or deal with the water turning cold in the bedroom bathroom, which at least 1 person did do, as that’s how/when it was discovered that the water in that one doesn’t get/stay hot/warm. Other than that, it’s a decent place to lay your head & freshen up if/when you’re in town for an event & not planning to spend most of your time at this specific location.
