A very cozy modern apartment in the countryside on a small farm: complete silence outside the window, a peaceful view of the sheep grazing in the meadow. Parking space for a car right at the entrance to the house. The apartment has two beds - a double and a full single, both with good mattresses. The living room has full heating with its own thermostat. Both shower and bath available. Hostess Lida serves a delicious and satisfying breakfast every morning, which you can complement with coffee or tea, which can always be brewed right in the room: there is a kettle and coffee maker. There is also an induction stove and refrigerator. Lida is a very polite, attentive, hospitable, but at the same time unobtrusive person. I highly recommend this apartment if you are going to visit Hoorn, Amsterdam, Zaandam and other attractions in that region - to get to these cities you will need no more than 30-45 minutes by car.

Thank you Lida for offering this wonderful place to stay. We enjoyed it with our 3 year old. Who as a New Yorker was able to see some farm animals up close. The host offered a generous real Dutch breakfast which makes up for the lack of a kitchen sink area. Different kinds of bread and cheese, ham and sweets. The place is spotless and comfortable. The bath area can be chilly on colder days. It has a heat lamp. But in April the numerous tulip fields around the area will make up for that. The host was very kind, helpful and gave us some suggestions we followed up. Whatever we needed she provided fast. The Perfect spot for a family summer vacation! Will definitely book again.
