The living room, bright and "arioso" with a high wooden roof, looks to the left onto an open fireplace in front of which there is a comfortable sofa that invites you to spend romantic moments. For the less romantic, there is also an LCD with satellite TV and air conditioning. On the right side of the living room there is a reading corner which, thanks to the sliding glass door, forms a picturesque frame overlooking the pool and the hilly landscape. The living room is also the hub to the rooms of the house. From here you reach the two bedrooms on the ground floor, each with a double bed, LCD TV and air conditioning. One of the two bedrooms has an en suite bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. Another bathroom has a shower, WC and bidet. Also on the ground floor is the very spacious, habitable and modern kitchen with four electric hotplates, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, LCD TV and panoramic windows overlooking the surrounding countryside which makes kitchen duties easier. A petrol pump with 5 litres of fresh beer (extra charge) is available. Adjacent to the kitchen is a small room with a sink, washing machine and separate toilet for the disabled. Through the sliding glass door of the kitchen, which overlooks the pool and the countryside, you can comfortably reach the veranda, an ideal place for al fresco dining. From the living room, a comfortable staircase leads to the first floor with the two additional bedrooms, each with a double bed, LCD TV and air conditioning. The fact that all the windows of the house flood the rooms with light and Mediterranean colours is almost self-evident but definitely worth mentioning.
