Relax & unwind at our villa overlooking Almuñécar & enjoy wonderful sea & mountain views. The villa has 2 floors, each with their own entrance. The top floor has 2 bedrooms, family bathroom & open-plan living, kitchen & dining room. The ground floor has a living area, kitchenette & kingsized bed, ideal for grandparents or a couple wanting a bit of extra privacy. A/C in the apartment & living room of the main house keeps you cool, as does a dip in the private pool after soaking up the sun. A 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa overlooking the historic beach town of Almuñécar and the Mediterranean Sea. This private villa is arranged over two floors, both with their own entrance but always rented as one. The top floor features a large open-plan living room with comfy sofas and TV. There is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle & coffee maker. There's all the essential pots, pans & tablewear to cook and enjoy lovely meals around the dining table. The master bedroom has a kingsized bed, the second bedroom is a double. There is ample wardrobe space. The family bathroom on this floor has WC, Sink and Shower. The ground floor studio apartment has it's own entrance and lovely open-plan living room with stunning mountain views. There is a kitchenette with fridge, hob, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. There is a breakfast table for 2 which can also be used as a desk. There is a kingsized bed and a wardrobe. The en-suite has a WC, Sink and contemporary walk-in shower. Outside there are various seating and relaxation areas. There's a shaded dining area, two additional seating areas, the pool terrace with sun loungers and a hammock. At the rear of the property are the terraced gardens with tropical fruit trees. The villa is a detached property, very private and not overlooked. In addition to the wonderful sea and mountain views, you'll get to enjoy gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Some days you can even see Africa! The private swimming pool is great for keeping cool in the long, hot summer days. The villa has reliable Wifi and Air-Conditioning in the studio apartment and also in the living room of the main house. A car is essential and you can park on the road outside the property. La atemcion ha sido magnifica, y tanto la casa como la localización de la misma han sido maravillosas!
Très bel endroit, cadre apaisant, paysage magnifique. Location recommandée pour ceux qui cherchent le calme et le repos. Sur les hauteurs avec vue sur Mer au sud et vue sur montagnes au nord (magnifique). Toutes les autres activités citadines à moins de 15 minutes en voiture (véhicule nécessaire). Très bel accueil, tout était parfait. Il n’est pas impossible que nous y retournions. Idéal pour rebooster les chakras.
La casa está muy bien, más o menos lo que esperábamos. El acceso es algo incómodo por la carretera, muchas curvas y carretera muy estrecha, pero no es muy complicado. Nos falló el aire acondicionado y faltaron algunas cosas de menaje. Pero, en cuanto se lo comunicamos a Peter, la persona encargada de atendernos durante la estancia, estuvo muy pendiente y nos resolvió todo súper rápido; la verdad que muy bien en ese aspecto. La casa no tiene microondas, algo básico para nosotros y más yendo con niños. Se lo comentamos a Peter y esperamos que pronto lo solucionen.

The area is popular with foodies, para-gliders, cyclists, hikers and of course water sports enthusiasts. (There's also Skiing an hour away in Winter)
The Costa Tropical enjoys a great all year round climate and the surrounding hills are planted with tropical fruit trees including avocado, mango, figs, Almonds & olives.
Almuñécar has a number of large supermarkets, bakers, butchers, fishmongers and markets. There's a wide range of fabulous restaurants and of course 19km of beaches and coves to explore.
For diving enthusiasts there's the best underwater scenery in South Spain from Marina Del Este.
The nearest golf course (Los Moriscos) is at Playa Granada next to Salobreña.
Our villa is perfect for those looking to get away from it all, relax and soak up the summer sun. However it's also great for those wanting to get out and explore the wider region.
From the traditional white villages (including Frigiliana and the Alpujarras), the popular resort of Nerja, to the spectacular Alhambra Palace in Granada City and the Ski resort of the Sierra Nevada.

A car is essential and there is on-street parking outside the villa.
Access is very easy, it's a 4 minute drive up from the main road on a fully concreted road.
In less than 10 mins drive you can be on the beach, at the supermarket or in a fabulous restaurant.
The villa offers the best of both worlds - peace and tranquility whilst also not being too far from all the amenities.
It's less than an hours drive from both Malaga and Granada Airports and it's motorway most of the way.
