The apartment was perfect for my purposes; location wise, it's outside the really busy area of the city, but within walking distance to the beach, restaurants & the MarJane supermarket. A taxi to that shopping area only costs 10 Dirhams anyway, & they are always passing the front of the building. Positives for me - the veranda gets sun all day, so the apartment is warm, there are automatic window shutters to block some outside noise, the neighbours are quiet, the security guard is friendly & attentive, it's on the 3rd floor, has an elevator, & comfortable furnishings. Washing lines are on the roof, there is a communal pool. The apartment is set back from the main road, so only very loud vehicles are heard. Hassan & Hicham are quick to respond to requests. Negatives for me - It's very close to a mosque & the train line so you can hear them throughout the day. TV is 99% German channels strangely, but I found one in English for most of the evening. I will book again for sure. ;-)

Je recommande vivement Hassan, une personne très flexible, et l'appartement est d’une tranquillité parfaite .

Appartement très bien équipé et très bien placé. Résidence et piscine très propres. la résidence est sécurisée et tout est accessible à pied (restaurants, plages,...) je recommande vivement.
