Perfect for large group gathering! Great rooms, living areas, bathrooms, backyard, etc! Couldn’t imagine a better spot to get folks together for a wedding in the area. Would definitely stay again!

This house was perfect for our group (12 adults and 6 toddlers). Everyone had their own room, including the kids! The in ground pool provided entertainment and we were close to the beach and restaurants. Cannot wait to come back next year!

Great house and location. Ineffective, uncommunicative truly lousy for the money management company . No one on sight. We asked that the pool be heated and they finally sent someone out the day before we left. Tried to heat the hot tub per their instructions only to be told later it didn’t heat. Not a hot tub, a bubble tub. Shower water knob was frozen. Took more than a few good whacks with a hair brush to unstick it. Towel fixture coming out of the wall. Like I say the house was great, but especially for the amount we paid it’s supposed to be the “ hospitality business “. Hospitality doesn’t work by remote control . Best test is “ would I rent it again?” . No.

Beautiful house! We were 13 adults & 2 kids plus 2 dogs but never felt crowded. The bedrooms were well appointed, the beds comfy & most had TVs. The bathrooms were clean with good hot water/pressure. The kitchen's big island was a great space to hang out. It has 2 huge refrigerators: we kept food in one & drinks in the other! The dining room has plenty of seating for all. Ample parking. Big fenced-in yard with grass for kids/pets to play, including a corn-hole set which saw many competitions. Cozy fire pit with Adirondack chairs. Well-maintained pool & spa. Extra large grill for BBQs. THE CONS: Driving there, we were told about a leaky kitchen sink & other minor issues to be fixed; not how you want to start a vacation. We found the A/Cs not working properly & 2 of the bedrooms had the heat on. The property manager was very responsive--the A/Cs were eventually fixed but not the sink, nor the heat, which made sleeping extremely uncomfortable for guests. Beach umbrellas were missing.
