It is located in the commune of Pessac, the Mecca of wine traditions with its world-famous chateaux, between Bordeaux (30 minutes by car from the center) and the Bassin d'Arcachon (30 minutes from Andernos, 40 minutes from Arcachon and the Dune du Pyla), 20 minutes from the airport of Mérignac and 7 minutes from the train station of Gazinet-Cestas. Transportation: - You can park directly on the private parking of the house (4 cars). - The St Jean train station, Bordeaux is 5 km away. - The tramway is 10 km away. - Bordeaux airport is 13.5 km away.
