Great place for big group of around 20 people. House is very satisfying. Cons: only big issue we faced was that the 18 seater tempo had difficulty to get into the house's parking area. we had to walk around 500 meters. During night time there were no street lights and the road is not good. There were also many dogs barking. Pros: Very friendly Host , checking in was easy. Very cooperative. The tap outside the building helped us to clean our feet before entering the house. Very clean bathrooms. 2 fridges and 2 washing machines.

House was quite spacious & rooms were quite clean. Bathrooms were neatly maintained. Couple of drawbacks are linens was not as clean as shown in the photos, no toiletries were provided (though it was mentioned in the amenities)

Really a beautiful homestay to be there value for money and best host i have seen had a great trip and just take this villa without thinking it was soo great thanking host for creaing such a beautiful place

The host was extremely proactive, reasonable and responsive. Very helpful as we were students. The villa was beautiful, clean and exactly as described. We had an enjoyable stay!

The property is close to Auro beach (1 KM) but situated in very narrow lane, and very tough to park inside. The property pictures are quite old, and it doesn’t look like this now. The primary issue that we faced was regarding check-in. It took us 2.5 hours more from our actual check-in time which was 01:00 PM. We kept waiting with elders and kids. Once the cleaning was done and it was handed over, there were no toiletries in the property. The caretaker lady is not co-operative and always dodges you for everything. She only understands Tamil expects guests to speak Tamil. There were broken door handles, broken shower fittings, dirty balconies. There were no towels provided and it was said that it’ll be there in the night, as it is still in the laundry. I had to call Airbnb support for resolution. Joe came and tried to sort out few things by providing towels, soaps and fix broken water purifier. There was no daily room cleaning done. I wish to post some pictures and convey how we felt.
