We had a great stay in New Haven.. It was very close to the hospital, so there was some ambulance noise on occasion… Huge rooms and perfect place for our two night stay… our host was responsive to our questions and it was a pleasant weekend….ten minute walk to Yale and lots of downtown restaurants… Nice stay…👍 Beth

Michael was responsive and clear from the beginning. Property was perfect for our whole family and was centrally located for us. The home was clean, had everything we needed and was as advertised; no surprises. I would like to rent the spot again for graduation weekend, but it is not available. Would highly recommend this home and Michael, for his simple process and great communication.

Very comfortable for 8 people. Would be tight for 10. Kitchen is fully stocked! Lots of fun games! Enjoyed our stay. Can be a bit noisy at night.

We had a great stay with Michael, he was able to accommodate an earlier check in for us and was very responsive to any needs. His house was beautiful and had various board games and streaming services at our disposal. Would definitely recommend!

Michael was easy to communicate with. The place was clean, very spacious for our group of four adults and two preteens. We enjoyed the games that were supplied. The beds are on the firmer side. High traffic area, with a hospital across the street. There are neighbors below you but they were never a bother, most times we didn't even know they were there. It was a great stay for the weekend. Quick drive or Uber ride to all the good "apizza" places. Also, Yale nearby - beautiful campus. Would stay here again.
