For the first time, the AirBnb exceeded expectations. Unit was spacious and clean. The upper floor perfect for my daughter and her 4 year old.

CHALLENGING Thanksgiving Stay. Arrived super excited to begin cooking Thanksgiving Dinner with my Mom. Prepped everything and to our amazement, there was a very large pan of MOLDED and RANCID smelling food left in the oven. Leaked down into oven. Reached out to owners and inquired about a partial discount on our cleaning fee. 6 requests totally IGNORED. After we got over the challenges in the kitchen, our excitement was restored. UNTIL, we settled down to watch Christmas movies and had to deal with the constant noise of highway traffic and loud trains. House located on a major thoroughfare. The house was large and spacious and had plenty of room for the 7 members of my family. However, we had enough linen for maybe 2 people. Had to wash the towels several times during our stay. The owners did show up and wipe out the oven. However, it would have made me feel a lot better to receive AT LEAST a small credit on the cleaning fee since we were so inconvenienced.

Beautiful house with lots of stores nearby and easily accessible shopping centers and restaurants. Felt like home and peaceful. Great place to stay and enjoy. Host was responsive in every step and guided me very well and always available and accommodating as well. Would love to stay there again in near future.
