Despite a few cleaning issues (bed sheets were dirty) the owner was extremely attentive and corrected cleaning immediately. The place was otherwise perfect beach getaway and super close to beach and community pools. We will definitely be back again and love that it was pet friendly. One recommendation is to pay for beach club pass directly with beach club in advance. Passes cover entire stay in resort area, not daily as listed.

This place is even better then the pictures. Super comfortable! Nice beaches and peaceful, but still within reasonable driving distance to Galvestons main attractions and restaurants.

The house is nice and spacious. The management company was very responsive when I reached out, which I appreciated and I feel confident that they will correct the issues that we had with the house. It seemed like a brand new listing that wasn’t quite ready for guests yet - tvs did not have cords and were not plugged into the wall, lamps had tags, a door handle wasn’t installed, not all beds had sheets, there was no propane for the grill, etc. and some of the amenities aren’t fully described,for example, it is much easier to get to the beach than it seems because there is a tunnel connecting this house which is on the bay side to the beach side of the island. This is a great feature but we had to find it on our own. For the price that we paid - which was on the very expensive side for a house in Galveston - there were lots of things that could make guests feel cared for. I feel confident that the management company will make these changes over time, so we could consider staying again.
