We got off to a rocky start with the heat not really working, and the elevators being out but the apartment owner was very responsive and got things fixed right away. The location is perfect, quiet and safe which was great for my daughters 8 week stay. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean and well stocked. The bed was cozy and the water pressure great. The dryer did take some time to get clothes dried but it worked. often times the door key had to be rescanned but not too much. The doorman was great and very helpful always. I would highly recommend this place.

I rented apartment for a month in Nov-Dec. A few observations, so you can improve experience for other guests: - The card key for apt constantly stops working. Even guy at the front desk said this happens all the time. - There is a small digital pad on the wall to regulate the heating in the apartment, but it does not work perfectly. I was mostly on the cold side rather than warm in the apartment. - I contacted boomerang first day about this, but they never gotten back to me. The safe in the apartment was locked and I could not access - No heating in the Gym. Front desk guy told me “very few things work on 10th floor” where gym is located. Other than that, apartment and location was great. Would recommend.

Loved the apartment! It is secure and nice to know the front desk is always staffed. The host was very responsive to our requests. Centrally located with Bryant Park and Whole Foods within 1/4 mile. We liked it so much that we have already booked another apartment for next month in the same building. Thank you Boomerang…

We were happy with this unit. We needed something safe, right in midtown, and available all summer, and this unit did that. We liked that there was 7/24 doorman support which we needed for packages, etc. We also were impressed with Boomerang's responsiveness both with the initial communication (we needed to secure a summer rental with about 24 hours notice) and with a couple of minor repair issues that we needed taken care of during the first couple days of our stay.
