We were in town for a family event. Our family slept comfortably and there was room to spread out. Towels were readily available. A hook or two to hang wet towels would be nice. The family living room is not set up for a whole family (more than 4) to sit. More seating is needed. While the coffee maker and coffee filters/pods provided were a plus, updates to cookware would be beneficial. The pans were quite used and appeared dirty. The grill could use an update as well. We noticed that an additional mirror or two in the bedrooms would be helpful especially if there is a houseful of people getting ready. Overall, it did the job.

Jeffrey is a great host. His communication from before we booked until our stay was over was excellent. This is a great house if you have kids, lots of space inside and out. The arcade room was a big hit with our grandkids who were local and visited us during our stay. We had planned to cook in most of the time; the kitchen could have had more pots and pans but we managed. Jeffrey even provided a stocked "snack drawer" that our kids LOVED. We hope to be able to stay here again in the future.
