The place was spectacular! Looked exactly like the photos. We had a pool downstairs so the kids were in it everyday. A few steps to the pool was the beach access so you dont have to walk far. The view from our balcony was amazing! The place has a swinging hammock so I was there watching the sunrise and sunset daily. There were a few hiccups on our first day but Suzy, Atu, and Farida quickly solved our issues. The management team were very responsive and professional. They made sure we had everything requested. Thank you so much for everything. We’ll definetly be booking again!

If Ms. Fausta had not agreed to move us to a new unit. I would not have given her 4 stars. The unit we originally reserved needs a lot of maintenance & was not worth the $. That’s being honest & transparent. I have traveled the world and this was by far the most $ but not well maintained place I’ve ever stayed at on Airbnb & it was quite confusing because the reviews were fairly positive. With that being said, we were moved to a better unit & we’re thankful for her being receptive to our feedback & moving us. I gave 4 ⭐️ for the inconveniences that shouldn’t have occurred when renting from a “superhost.” I shouldn’t have to ask for trash bags or bug spray more than 1x. There was no trash bag in the trashcan in either unit. There was no soap to wash my hands & no towels to dry hands. At least 1 fan didn’t work in both bedroom units. I was told I had to top up power after 1 nite but it ended up being it was not topped off prior to my check-in. So please look at meter frequently.

The place was excellent. The apartment is extremely huge and has everything it need. The host was quick to respond and always provided what I needed. I will definitely recommend the place.

I am giving my stay a 4/5 because Fausta was not only extremely kind but very fast with communication and quick to fix any issues. She is probably one of the best hosts I had. And I wish her many success! Now the place itself. The pros: It is very beautiful inside and spacious. The rooms are HUGE. Nice TV with netflix. The balcony view is very nice. The place is near a mall “Palm Village”. It’s literally right there. Its near a nice outside restaurant/bar SawaSawa Bay and a beach resort in the back. I enjoyed both. The cons. There are some things that can improve. For one the front door lock is was having issues many times to the point i needed help with security. the electrity in one room wasnt working. When i arrived the fan in the master room needed to be fixed. Lastly i understand that TZ has some electricity issues but i was bummed that the backup generators do not cover the A/C… However when the power was out the ceiling fan did the job well. However still recommend place.
