You will be close to all essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... The house is ideally located because you are 10 minutes from Combloux where you will find the first ski resorts, 15 minutes from Megève, 15 minutes from Saint-Gervais-les-Bains and 20 minutes from Chamonix. Combloux is located in the Mont-Blanc area, next to the Aravis mountain range, facing the Mont-Blanc and Fiz mountain ranges, with a 360° panorama. Activities : - Tourist sites: Megève (prestigious winter sports resort and largest sports complex in the Alps), Saint-Gervais-les-Bains (Thermal baths and mountain sports), Chamonix-Mont-Blanc (the capital of mountaineering).... Access to the two ski areas Les Portes du Mont-Blanc and Evasion Mont-Blanc.
