Conveniently located close to all facilities in the metro city, you can savor the comforts of the city while staying secluded with a waterfront view away from the hustle and bustle. The house has 1 AC bedroom. The bedroom opens to a verandah which overlooks the Panangad backwaters. There is a living area with a TV, sofa bed, a small dining table seating two. The outdoor area has a hammock, a gazebo, Tawa grill area and lawn space. A common kitchen is also available where you can cook your meals (Rs 800/- use). For long stays over one week, we can arrange a gas connection inside the house itself in the kitchenette for an additional charge along with basic cooking utilities. Kindly connect with the host for the same. In addition to the 1 bedroom Villa listed here, we also have a Studio room (AC, bathroom attached) and a 3 BHK inside the same compound. In total, we can accommodate upto 12 people in the whole space. Outdoor dining with your loved ones is something you will definitely enjoy. We have full time housekeeping staff who will take good care of you. We can serve tea, snacks, etc. from 7 AM - 9 PM. Any grocery purchases, etc. can also be considered.
