Relax by yourself or bring the whole family to this peaceful place that I’m hopeful will be your home away from home. For added comfort, your room is equipped with its own refrigerator, microwave, and air conditioning unit. It also has a portable heater should you require one. 'Additionally, your room is only a few steps away from the guest bathroom and less than 10 minutes away from I20, the gas station, restaurants, shopping centers, and Walmart. The room has a personal air conditioning unit to keep you as cool as you like along with 2 comfy full-size beds, 2 twin-size beds with two additional twin-size air mattresses should you need them. It also has a roll up secretary's desk, a bookshelf with a ROKU television, fresh sheets, blankets and towels and enough drawer and closet space for you to store your personal belongings.

Very comfortable
Last minute reservation. Description: "..house on the hill", "shared bathroom", "must climb stairs", "security cameras" & gave a glimpse of her eclectic experiences & services offered (failed to read throughly). Arriving, we (me & my 80 yr old mom) noticed the steep hill (parking brake had to be set & mom has balance issues at times) & the 20+ steep steps going to the front door. Cookie met us @ the door w/ a big smile. She was tidying up our room (last minute reservation). What we found: Cluttered furniture in the LR & dining area. More steps: room upstairs (mom struggled). Security camera upstairs (pointing toward stairs - bedroom to the left of stairs). The upstair (bedrooms) are close together. Feeling that we would not be able rest - we chose not to stay. Very understanding & hospitable, Cookie shared some major life changes recently which may account for some of the hiccups. BR description: accurate. The rest was truthful, but didn't paint a clear pic.
From the moment I got a call from the host with my ETA I felt right at home. This stay was like staying with a family member I was visiting while in my hometown. Cookie is definitely a down to earth person, and I connected with her instantly. The location is very peaceful and quiet. It is exactly as the description lists as such. I would highly recommend.
