John was a fantastic host - easy to reach but also left you to it to enjoy the clean comfortable environment he provided. The place was easy to enjoy; clutter free, warm and had lots of little extras in the kitchen and bathroom that really helped the place feel like a home away from home. Being able to bring our fur baby made the trip even better. Can’t recommend this place high enough.

Lovely clean and comfortable modern town house which is well equipped and not too far from town, although located in a slightly rougher area of Christchurch. Overall though a great place to stay for a few days and communication was clear and good.

Comfortable, spotless home away from home - almost felt like our own hotel suite. The town house is on a fairly busy street, so was a bit of noise at times, but felt very secure and private. Great area for walking the dog and getting about Christchurch.

Lovely house. Everything as described. Walkable to cafe and walks by the Avon River. A drier could be handy if staying in winter. We used the clothes horse provided. 5 minute drive to Eastgate shopping centre. The bed was very comfortable. Shower and bathroom clean and spotless. The only downside for the one week stay was tv not working on normal free to air. The Amazon streaming device was subscription, I just wanted to see a bit of Christchurch news and current affair, weather etc. Maybe the ariel needs to be upgraded !
