The place was beautiful. Extravagant to say the least. Super peaceful area, and easy access in and out. Great bedrooms, bathrooms, and furnished super nice with lots of extras. We had several small children and they had a blast. We had a great week with our family and would recommend it! There were a few downfalls. The hot tub wasn’t hot. We had cool weather at night and it would have been nice if it worked. The shower in the kids bedroom didn’t work, the water just trickled out. A few other small things that we would have thought would be fixed prior to us coming with the amount that we spent on the 4 nights we were there. Overall great place and we had a great time.

Johan was always available by phone, text and airbnb messaging. He is located in Miami and seems to be having trouble with quality cleaners in Key Largo. Place is great so it was sad that beds were missing pillow covers, washer/dryer full, trash bins full at curb, broken glass shards in weight room area, standing water, clogged bathroom sink. Just not what you expect at such a nice property and paying top dollar. Johan sent the person back but a big house needs many not two. We got situated and the rest of the stay was awesome. I shared some feedback with Johan such as having a manual to show how to turn off outdoor lights at night, work the lcd projector, sound systems. My grown family of 10 spent most of our time on the property as there is a lot to do there. It will be a cherished memory. Had a great time with great weather too. I recommend the property. Would just have confirmation that cleaning/tidiness is to standards reflective of the property.

. Our doors were locked when we got there and the codes were not working because the latches were locked on the door. He had someone come help get us in and he got us in with his credit card. We could not lock the doors when we were there. There weren't instruction manuals so we couldn't figure out how to turn lights off and on. There were things that didn't seem quite right. With that said, our family had an amazing time. There were many activities for our whole family.

We had a wonderful time -the villa is amazing - went for my husbands 70th birthday along with alot of relatives and everyone loved place
