Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und minimalistisch eingerichtet mit allem was man benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit Negar verlief reibungslos und für Personen, die mit dem Auto anreisen ist die Tiefgarage perfekt. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, ruhig und sauber.

newly built cozy apartment at a very peaceful location. Sorrounding is very nice and calm. Right next to bus and train station. Check-in was very smooth. Negar was their to welcome us and was very friendly. She answered our queries and was easily approachable. We had a lovely time. Positives Great location, newly built apartment and very close to public transport. Parking spot. Negatives Very limited accessories in the kitchen. I appreciate the microwave oven in the kitchen. Shampoo was missing. I would have appreciated a few extra towels. We were provided with 3 towels for 3 days, and one of the towels was not properly washed and smelled.
Modern and clean apartment. Great location, close by the river Alster and the Metro (U Ohlsdorf). Very friendly host. Basic kitchen equipment available. All in good conditions, but some more items would be helpful, e.g. e decent sized pot for cooking or an ironing board.
Beautiful and stylish apartment, brand-new at my stay, close to the river and in a very green area, but also a stone's throw from a metro station. Mostly very quiet, except for some weekend nights when there were outdoor parties with extremely loud music until the early morning at some club house or so just across the river. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, though the equipment is (still?) a bit spartan - I could have done with some more basic kitchen equipment such as a coffee maker, a decent-sized cooking pot, a few more dishes and most importantly, for a longer stay such as mine, a hoover. But that can be fixed. Negar is a super nice, communicative and proactive host who repeatedly inquired as to my well-being and responded to all my questions very quickly. I felt very much at home in the apartment and was a bit sad when leaving.
