The Flats at Front + Union are located within the historic Masonic Building, built in 1890 and repurposed into a multi use building in 2023 by two local Traverse City families. Working with local Traverse City architects and contractors, we have gone to great lengths to preserve and display the historic brick and architecture within the building. As an added bonus, scattered throughout the building are some of the most unique businesses in Northern Michigan. We are happy to host celebrations and special events. However, we are unable to host parties or large gatherings. Out of respect for all of those that use the building, quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
