Spacious open living space with everything one needs to either relax or entertain, all while enjoying amazing views (sunsets, sunrises, freighters, ferry's, the DeTour Lighthouse, and so much more). Beautifully renovated with brand new furniture, all new appliances, large kitchen island and cooking space. Close to beaches, groceries, restaurants, churches, marina, boat ramp, the Drummond Island Ferry and more. The property has been completely and beautifully renovated. This is a spacious waterfront estate (3,000+ sq ft) with beautiful views from almost every room in the house. All rooms have been remodeled, are tastefully decorated, comfy clean beds, gorgeous marble bathrooms and everything you need to be comfortable, unwind, relax and/or entertain family & friends. The town of DeTour is a quiet, yet busy little village...a friendly and nice home away from away.

This property is amazing! My favorite places were the upstairs master bedroom deck with views of the DeTour lighthouse looking out to the channel as the freighter pass by each other & the big waterfront porch which is unbelievably close to the freighters passing by as I swing! I think this estate has to be the closest distance to the freighters from any property in DeTour/Drummond Island?! There we even views of the Drummond Island ferry and St Mary’s River from the upstairs shower! The kitchen is great and everything is is quality and new..I loved hanging out at the high bar island looking with water views!! Ask about ship shots!! Smart TV’s in living room and both level master bedrooms. It was nice to have a large downstairs bedroom with a beautiful bathroom/large shower.. Plenty of parking space/large yards. Craftsmanship is superb, loved the windows. I will definitely stay again; it was extraordinarily exquisite and definitely the nicest place I have seen in the area. Very nice!!!

Very small waterfront village, quiet, safe and in a friendly neighborhood.
It is extremely easy to get around the entire village, with lots of parking throughout town. You can travel by foot, bike, ATV, snowmobiles and/or vehicle.
