We attended the Monterrey IM 70.3 the location couldn’t be better, just a few blocks from the transition zone and less than 10 min ride to convention center. The place is well maintained and the building offers amenities that help if you’re traveling with kids. Building personnel extremely friendly and helpful. Johann is a great host.

Excellent location. Near Macroplaza and affordable shopping district. Walkable to parks and Barrio Antiguo. Clean space. Great view. Safe and friendly staff. I will definitely stay again!

Johann was exceptionally responsive. When we had trouble getting in to the apartment he responded within seconds. The location is very walkable and feels safe. Close to lots of outdoor markets, food, and with about 15 minutes you can walk to Fundidora park. Close to the river walk.

Loved views, amenities -my kids enjoyed it, and how close it is to downtown where shopping and food in every corner.
