I guess you get what you pay for. Apparently there are permanent guests that live in the house and are very possessive over the shared spaces and kitchen utensils. A guy knocked on my door to ask if I used his mug. A different guy knocked on my door to show the room to a different guy who was trying to rent the room after I vacated it. This is my first airbnb experience that my daughter helped me book. I wasn't sure if that was acceptable, (although it felt odd) until my daughter let me know that all that was unacceptable. The host contacted me a day later in the evening to tell me that I spilled something on the carpet. Looks like coffee which I don't drink, and why wouldn't she tell me that the same day I checked out? Someone else could have rented the space after me. The walls are paper thin and you can hear loud conversations right outside the the bedroom door. Luckily I was out of the room for most of the day . A quick in and out stay, and not using any shared space, this works

the neighborhood is isolated. people who lives in the house are very noisy

esta en un muy buen lugar de vacasiones. a solo 15 min del bay side restaurantes bares y seguro. es para una persona o tal vez 2 pero hombres ya que el resto de la casa es habitada por otros muchachos que rentan los cuartos. pero uno solo no esta nada mal por el precio.

Pros: close to the airport, quite clean, good instructions Cons: shouting people in front of room door(starting at 8am) playing music until 12 pm
