Beautiful well designed duplex with 1 bedroom and located in one of the most centric areas of the city, just next to Los Molinos shopping mall. It offers great space for you to feel comfortable and the apartment counts also with a complete bathroom, spacious living room, kitchen and laundry area. Its high speed and stable wifi is a great plus. You will enjoy the comfort and design of this special place and be surrounded by cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and the metro. When you enter this lovely and homey duplex apartment you’ll feel in love immediately with it as you’ll be surrounded by comfort and design in every space. It has a very comfortable queen size bed, spacious living room and a nice work area so you can work from home. You will also count with a complete kitchen which has everything you need for a perfect stay. It includes a stove, microwave, fridge and all other main kitchen implements. The bathroom is also very comfortable and you can also enjoy our smart TV so you can use easily Netflix, Youtube, Amazon Prime.

Nous recommandons ce logement. Nous avons passé une semaine avec mon conjoint. L’immeuble est très sécurisé, dans un super quartier et gros plus pour le centre commercial à 2 pas. Le métro est vraiment à 500 mètres de l’immeuble ce qui est très pratique. Le logement est très propre et très bien équipé pour cuisiner. Les machines à laver sont très appréciables quand on voyage longtemps ! Le seul problème de cet immeuble, mais je pense que c’est dans beaucoup d’endroit en Colombie, c’est l’isolation. En effet, c’est très très bruyant. Prévoyez « des boules qui est-ce » et de vous levez tôt !
El departamento es tal cual las fotos, bastante cómodo y la zona es perfecta para ir a cualquier lado , seguro, tienes un mall cerca así como una panadería. Al principio tuve temas con la chapa ya que no podía abrirse, me puse en contacto con Mariana y me ayudó a que se arreglara rápido. El personal del edificio es muy amable y todo muy limpio.

Great place in a quiet area. Would recommend. Only point to make is that the upstairs area can get quite warm.
