A double sided review here. The home was exactly as pictured, close to the airport and overall a nice home to stay in. The only negative thing was after our checkout we were met with a ridiculous accusation of unscrewing and moving the toilet and asked to pay money when it was clear as day that the “break” the owner mentioned was from overall wear and tear. I didn’t appreciate having to deal with a nonsense claim where it felt like the owner was trying to get over on me. Outside of that the home was beautiful and in a good location.

Booked this Airbnb very last minute for a quick family day at Busch Gardens. House was conveniently near the park just 15 minute drive. House was cozy, and clean. Since we were only staying one night having only one bathroom although there was 7 of us wasn’t terrible. Didn’t expect the home to be divided with people living in the studio/efficiency next door. Neighborhood much to be desired. Our family did not feel very safe with the surrounding area.

We decide to come to Tampa to celebrate one of our kids birthdays at bush gardens. It was last minute and I booked Daniela & Rey’s last minute after I accidentally booked a different property for the wrong date ( for Sunday ) . Daniela was very responsive to acomódate our last minute check in. The house was just what we need it for the weekend just 15 min from the park, everything was very organized, closed to restaurant. Daniela is very friendly. During our check out we dropped a wallet in the parking ( didn’t notice until we got to the park ) I contacted Daniela right away and she responded back almost immediately, she wa able to check outside and found the wallet, she gave us a peace of mind by securing the Wallet that we were able to enjoy the park and pick up the wallet right after we finish our day at the park. She was very professional, nice and comprehensive.
