We stayed 2 nights and had a great stay! The space was nicely decorated and matched the photos from the listing. The bathroom is small but the rainfall shower was very nice. We didn't have any issues finding street parking and the location is great, walking distance to the beach! The only downside was the mattress was a little firm. Overall a great stay!

Angel and Luis’ studio was exactly as described. You can tell they really care about their property and making their guests feel at home. The location can’t be beat- walkable to PB and Mission Beach. Definitely a place to come back to!

Great place! Me and the wife drove to PB from Arizona. We enjoy sitting outside and having drinks. This place has a secluded, very private patio and it is wonderful. The interior had everything we need. It was a quiet area, very close to everything. We got street parking right in front, every single day. Was never an issue. Would definitely recommend!
