This property has potential to be a great stay, but it was filthy and overpriced. We were welcomed by a feces-splattered toilet with vomit all over it. The bathroom floor was coated in brown filth, and there was hair and toilet paper “debris” all over the place, in the rug, and even on the towels, which are too close to the toilet. The shower was filthy, and someone’s bar of soap and shampoo was in the shower. The floors had only been swept and the rugs were all matted and dirty. The kitchen was generally dirty with smears and crumbs and a filthy microwave. Overall, the place was dirty. Upon complaint the owner politely and promptly cleaned the house, but not very well. There was still puke on the front of the toilet. Privacy is another issue. The barn is actually what I’d call a shop, with three garage bays. The owners were in and out of the garage portion and woke us from a nap at one point. Other notes: No bowls. No place to hang clothes. Lukewarm showers.

Mike was very responsive and friendly. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room for my husband, myself and our dog. Only bad thing was we were in town for a wedding and didn’t have a place to hang our nice clothes but we made it work.

Good Location, it’s a simple no frills Lake place. It was clean, easy to book and quick communication from the host. We were there for just a quick one night stay.

Awesome place to stay with near by lake access. Mike was helpfull and his place was well prepared if you forgot or needed anything.
