Maritza was very nice and always replays quickly. she has workers that cleans and maintain the house, but the unit is not clean, dirty kitchen and bathroom, we found 2 bugs, the water in the pool outside is dirty, the Jacuzzi isn't working, the toilet lid is broken, too weak light in all the unit, old stuff.. but the most disturbing thing was that we saw- just as you see now "3 bedrooms" BUT we got only ONE bedroom. we paid for 3 as we saw, we paid full, we wrote Mritza but she insisted our payment was for one unit- BEWARE

The villa was disgustingly dirty with feces on every toilet, unwashed dishes, and cockroaches infesting the dishwasher. Amenities like the gas BBQ and dishwasher were non-functional, and the air conditioning in one bedrooms didn't work. The broken toilet seat in the master bedroom injured my son. Despite the host's rude and aggressive behavior, they offered little help. Avoid this property at all costs.

Maritza is an exceptional host, able to organize all what you wish or need within an instant. Amazing organizator, really helpfull for someone in a foreign country. I cannot underline more the hosting and managing abilities of Maritza. Thank you! On the other hands, our standards for housing a slightly different, hot water should be working regardless of the weather, jaccuzi is supposed to be working when you show it, light bulbs should be checked before guest arrive, kitchen appliances should be cleaned - guests shouldn't have to do the washing up once more. Maybe, we had bad luck or there's place for improvements on that aspect.

Maritza's place is wonderful! It's on the quieter side of the island so it's perfect for getting away from the world and enjoying the sound of the ocean, birdsong, and nothing more. It's close to a fantastic beach and easily driveable to everywhere else. Most of all, Maritza went out of her way to make us feel welcome, including returning some items we left behind after checkout. She is a gem of a human-being.

Island Charm of Praslin is a serene and beautiful place. The house was as described and clean. The pool was a wonderful surprise. We enjoyed our stay. A very special thanks to Maritza who was always very responsive and helped us with arranging transportation to and from the airports. Her above and beyond service is worth highlighting at this Airbnb. Will definitely come back!
