My family and I came out for our first family vacation to Puerto Rico, the Airbnb was very clean, and in a convenient location. The outside is not lit up as described, so it was difficult to find the keypad at 12AM. The living area and kitchen were very spacious, but for the amount of guests that are allowed to stay at this space it was weird to me that their dining table only had 4 chairs. The room with 3 beds was nice and cool, as well as the living room. My biggest issue was the room next to the kitchen, the air conditioning in that room is terrible. We did let them know it was not working properly, they did in fact send someone out to fix it but again, the ventilation in that room is terrible. Had to sleep with a fan on and the AC on, which is horrible for your throat, but it was very hot. The water pressure for the showers, and sinks was also not the best. They also did not specify that you must turn on the propane outside to use the stove top. Overall, you get what you pay for.

This was a perfect base for our group trip! It fit 7 adults comfortably. The garage was very large and fit both of our rental cars. We had plans all across the island and so we did a lot of driving anyway, but plan on 25-30 minutes getting to San Juan. Otherwise, it was a great trip with this clean & comfortable home.
