I didn't rent the basement, and the place was very spacious. Only 1 tv (upstairs) and washer/dryer takes 3+ hours! Loved having electric tea kettle; didn't even use fancy coffee machine. Also liked the air fryer and blender. Great location! We went to Kootenay, Banff and Golden. Great walkway from house for us and our dogs. Nice neighborhood with some deer and rams. There is golf course behind house, and you can hear a few trucks out on road. Very nice view. Be careful on front steps. There is easier entry in rear once lockbox is opened. There are also 2 bedrooms on first level. Only place I've ever stayed where i had to take my trash with me.

We stayed in this spacious cottage for three nights. We enjoyed the fire pit, the hot tub and the indoor fire place. This place is very peaceful and close to Radium Hot Springs and Invermere. We’ll book again.

The house is well laid out and worked great for our family, we have older kiddos. Two bedrooms on the main and primary suite is upstairs. Great kitchen with plenty of dishes and cooking items. The view was fantastic! In our case we had quite a few visits from the resident bighorn sheep and some deer. The hot tub was a nice extra as was the indoor fire place. Walkability is pretty good, it’s close to Sinclaire Creek trail and Main Street is close enough you could walk. Everything is pretty close by.

Super responsive and friendly, Matthew and the other hosts were a pleasure to interact with. Very accommodating to our needs as well.
