This place is perfect for a group. Relax with family or friends at this chilled, leafy Newport hideaway, set back from the road in a tropical setting. Many birds. Three bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, two with double beds. There’s a Piano in downstairs entry hall. Bbq. Veranda overlooks garden. Early checkin & late checkout is offered whenever available. Cot & high chair available. Bathroom features shower over bath. Separate toilet. Close to Newport & Mona vale shops , cafes, restaurants. Green, leafy area with lots of birdlife. We are situated between Pittwater and Bungan beach. Easy self checkin available with the key lock box. The main bedroom has a queen size bed , with built in wardrobes, and reverse air conditioner. The other two bedrooms have double beds and ceiling fans. All bedrooms use quality linen and I provide Sheridan towels. Cot and high chair available on request. Fully equipped kitchen with 4 burner gas cooktop, electric oven ,dishwasher and fridge. Basic provisions are supplied, tea, coffee, Nespresso machine , milk, cereal, salt, pepper oil etc. Cutlery and crockery supplied. There is a dining table seating six people. The whole top floor living area is solely for your use. The downstairs entry hall has a piano for your use, if you feel inclined. The living/dining area has cathedral ceilings and is light and airy with new ceiling fans and opens onto the verandah through three sets of French doors. The large verandah looks out over trees and garden and is great for a light refreshment, be it a cuppa or glass of wine or a casual meal, bbq or entertaining for those lazy summer afternoons. I provide birdseed for the king parrots , should they visit. Tv with Foxtel, Netflix, dvd player, free wifi and portable music player supplied. Some board games , books and dvd selection. Natural gas heater for those cooler nights. Bathroom features shower over bath, and heated towel rail. Separate toilet with hand basin. Hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, soap and body wash provided. Laundry has a washing machine. Off street parking for three cars available in the tear drop shaped driveway. No smoking allowed inside the house. Also no loud parties or noise after 11pm. I want everyone to enjoy the house, however , it is in a suburban area and , as such, loud parties are not welcome. Please be respectful of our neighbours. Umbrellas available. Beach towels provided. We are a few minutes drive from Newport and Mona vale shops , Coles, Woolworths, ALDIs and Dan Murphys etc. Also many cafes, restaurants, pubs and The Newport , the new Basin Dining room at Mona Vale. There are many beautiful beaches and parks a short drive away. Great spot to stay if you are coming for a wedding, birthday, reunion or special occasion. Many wedding venues including The Pasadena and The Newport are only a few minutes drive away. Or just use the house as a great place to relax or explore the beautiful northern beaches area , for example Avalon or Whale Beach or do the walk up to Palm Beach lighthouse . There are many great ocean rock pools within 10-15 minutes drive..Newport, Avalon, Mona vale , bilgola and palm beach are worth a visit. Your pets are welcome on individual basis, however our garden is not fenced. Rowland Reserve is a great dog walking area , a couple of minutes drive away.
