great place to rest and very clean. just needed a place to change when got into town for evening wedding reception- then comfortable rest that night before 6-7 hrs drive back home from Provo/Orem area. Matthew's place was exactly as described.. loved it and would definitely recommend. so so HOT! outside but his AC was 100% very cool & comfortable 😎 appreciated the cold water & snacks as this heatwave has been brutal.. make sure to get this place quick easy access from freeway & anything else you might need

Great location - so close to BYU and many restaurants. Quiet neighborhood that was easy to find.

Nice stay with everything needed for anyone’s retreat. Matthew is very kind and always there to face any issues. We would definitely come back.

Always a great stay. The fresh flowers decorating the kitchen counter are a nice touch.

very spacious - living area with a television, a separate bedroom, and a Large kitchen. We were very comfortable there
