The house has a lot of potential BUT … we stayed for 2 weeks during Christmas holidays and it was so cold and wet in the house that our dog’s teeth were chattering., the clothes wouldn’t dry and I simply wouldn’t feel like taking a shower. 2 electric heathers would keep the bedrooms warm enough but the bathroom , living room and kitchen just wouldn’t warm up even with the fire place ( which was left dirty for our arrival) . So definitely avoid during summer months. The internet was very slow. Firstly the original network wouldn’t work at all and we were given a password to another one which was working so slowly making work impossible if more than one person was connected to it. Also the place needs quite a bit of maintenance work - the gates , the garage door , the shower … Ands since it’s on a mountain behind trees it has very limited sunlight, which probably is nice for the hotter summer months.

Quiet and comfortable place. Would be good to have a few more spices and things like olive oil supplied. Internet is a bit slow but works well. Overall a good stay.

Such a lovely villa hidden away in the hills! We had the best time here. The pool was great. Would definitely go back!

We really enjoyed our stay! It’s lovely and mostly what we were looking for Pros: very private, beautiful location (view is incredible!), clean and well furnished. Cons: The post code/address given does not take you to the house itself, just the general area- uber and taxi’s really struggled to locate it and we ended up having to use street view to find it. Some of the sockets need looking at- they aren’t very well fixed to the walls. Otherwise it’s a great place to stay and we really enjoyed it!
