We really enjoyed our family reunion at this listing! It was perfect for our large group, both kids and adults had a blast! Everything was clean, check in and checkout was easy and, it was spacious, beautiful and comfortable!

House was beautiful and great for our family of 15. Beds, couches, and blankets were all super comfy. Nice they included cooler, scooters, chairs and wagon for outings/pool day. One thing to mention, community is still under construction so there was loud noise beginning at 7am some mornings. Overall we had no complaints and were very happy with our stay.

I’m just being very honest in the hopes it helps others. In terms of the place, cleanliness, communication and all that—5 ⭐️s for sure. It is big and spacious and very clean. So yay! I do think you could negotiate price right NOW where there’s a LOT of construction noise going on at this time. We wanted to check out desert color and see if this area would be a good fit for purchase however it honestly reminds us of the Truman show. Soo many houses and condos that look the same just being stacked together. It is definitely being overbuilt. Our first day was fun on the lagoon (basically a big swimming pool) but because anyone can bring their paddleboards and rafts (yes rafts!) it was congested on the weekend and i see it getting worse. It was so close to be super cool. We will not buy but perhaps rent again as our grandkids and family continue to get bigger. I think renting is only worth it for big families on the water but it’s also double the expense. Best!
