The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place near Texas state university and the San Marcos river Shared humble residence. Two bedrooms available. One room has 1 full bed and 1 toddler bed. The other room has 1 full bed and 1 playpen. 1 full bathroom that is in between the two bedrooms. All of this is on the second floor of my two story house on the right side upstairs. The tv is in the living room upstairs.There is a third bedroom that is occupied sometimes but just depends (just ask and I’d be happy to keep you in the loop!) You are welcome to use the work out equipment upstairs at your own risk and living room upstairs that has a tv, microwave, and mini fridge. I have one cat named Mikey that is outside during your stay. He does try and race you to the door to get inside just fyi. It is ok to tell him to stay outside during your visit. I do have three dogs that stay downstairs. All three are friendly and like to sleep in our bedroom downstairs or go outside to bask in the sun. There is a doggy gate to prevent them from going upstairs.
