The renovations provide modern style and luxury while keeping its original 1960’s architectural charm. This dog friendly beachfront home provides for amazing sunrises, sunsets, stargazing, dolphin watching, and walking distance to the OKI Fishing Pier and Island Way restaurant. Amenities include indoor stackable washer/dryer, breakfast bar, Keurig coffee maker, master bedroom fireplace, oceanfront deck, high-speed WIFI, flat screen smart TVs in all bedrooms, 65inch living room smart TV, tons of books, games and guaranteed fun and relaxation for all. Kitchen: The new kitchen features Whirlpool stainless steel appliances a custom grey tile backsplash and new countertops. This well stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook during your trip! The kitchen has a bar top with 3 stools that opens to the dining area. Dining/Living Room: The dining table seats 6 in 4 chairs and a bench. It is in between the kitchen Island with 3 stools and the living room area. The living room as a sofa and two rockers. Pick a beach read to borrow from our library and a puzzle from the game shelf for hours of entertainment. We have lots of board games and a large connect 4! The Roku smart TV can be used to watch your own streaming services or the Spectrum app to watch our cable. The console table under the TV has a charging station for easy charging of all of your devices. Covered Porch: The covered porch can be accessed from both the living room and the master bedroom. The rocking chairs move around in the wind, so you might find them turned on their side. The dog gate is hanging just inside the living room door with instructions of how to attach it to the top of the stairs, please return it before your departure. Laundry: The laundry closet is just off of the kitchen and has a new apartment sized stacked GE washer/dryer. Master Bedroom: The master bedroom has amazing views of the dunes and the ocean. The King bed has charging stations on one of the bedside tables for easy charging. The Roku smart tv is setup for watching cable through the Spectrum app or watch your streaming services. The electric fireplace below the TV as a remote and instructions just above it for easy use. The master bedroom has a door to access the covered porch and a newly renovated en-ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo. Second Bedroom: The second bedroom has king sized bed and Roku smart TV. Third Bedroom: The third bedroom has a full sized bed and a twin bed perfect for the kids and a Roku smart tv.
