I celebrated my 50th birthday with three of my sisters. We had an AMAZING time. The house was as described and equipped with everything we needed. Beautifully furnished too! We had an issue where the power went out at 1:30am. We were not able to get anyone at that hour. Around 8:30am I was able to get a response and the issue was reconciled in a couple of hours. Only thing is, I do not agree with the percentage of compensation for certain issues.

Electric breakers tripping just with running a blow dryer only tripping several different times. Sheets in upstairs king bedroom had pinkish stains when we arrived and bathroom window over tub no privacy people outside can see you showering. Mat in down stairs bathroom stains on it . Any electrical issues are a concern and safety issue for fire . I think we should be refunded for the safety electric problems that possibly put us all at risk.
