地理位置很棒！距离海滩（lami）和超市（makro）非常近！进出要经过一个长度大概50米的很陡峭大坡，需要有交通工具（坡脚就可以租赁摩托车，150B每天）。总之感觉还不错，最赞的是我儿子（7岁）在这里学会了游泳。

住宿好滿意，房間好大好乾淨又光猛，泳池也乾淨。可以和朋友一起煮飯和燒烤，煮食用具都好齊全。空調熱水設備也足夠，毛巾也可以提供。不過要自備日常用品，例如沐浴露、風筒和拖鞋不足夠人數。wifi 設備也不穩定，最好自備wifi 卡和wifi 蛋。屋主也很細心和有善，會安排清潔員隔日幫我們清潔住宿，也會安排工作人員即時幫我們維修空調設備，也會為我們提供交通安排，有什麼問題也會盡快為我們解答，非常滿意。另外交通方面，當地交通不算方便，沒有巴士，只可選擇的士，電單車或私家車。的士要和司機商議價錢才可乘車，因為當地司機會提出較高的車費。如果選擇租電單車和私家車，屋主可提供資料和價錢。大致上由住宿出發去市區，車程只需15 - 25分鐘。如果要去最近超級市場，車程要3 - 10分鐘左右，因為有兩間超級市場提供不同類型需求人仕。如果要去便利店，走路只需5分鐘左右。所以住宿位置也算方面，但是最好租電單車或私家車會更好。如果我們再一次去當地旅遊，也會租回這地方，因為它給我們有一個開心愉快的假期！

A satisfactory airbnb experience, but nothing outstanding The great thing about this property is location, it's 7-10 min walk from the beach, there are lots and lots of restaurants and shops in the area, even a huge Makro C&C, which was convenient for self-catering. The logistics from the villa is very convenient, easy to get a cab or local tuk-tuk buses. Another positive thing to note is that all 4 bedrooms face the sea and are relatively similar in size and comfort, each has a bathroom. The only inconvenience is that one of the bedrooms don't have any closet, only a set of drawers. Also Roy the villa manager and his team were very helpful and responsive to our request. BUT there are several important things to note and consider. First of all, the villa is very simple and blank, feels very empty. There's no authenticity or style, very basic hotel feel. A few touches and local styling will go a long way to transform this rental property into a house that can feel like a real home away from home. For example, when hosting European travelers for the New Years a xmas tree and some decorations would be nice welcoming touch, we've spent two previous years on Bali and xmas decore was there by default. Another important thing to note: the house that hosts up to 8 people, should have a much better equipped kitchen and a dishwasher is definitely a must! I know I should have read the description carefully, but I am arranging vacation rentals for big groups for years and couldn't have imagined the house like this won't have a dishwasher. We are ok to wash a couple of dishes after breakfast, but it was very inconvenient on a daily basis and especially on January 1st, as we cooked our own New Years dinner. Also for this price there's no battler or a daily maid service offered and extra bed sheets were offered at extra price. The villa was only cleaned twice in 9 days and the pool was not cleaned after the storm. Again, comparing with the similar priced properties in Thailand and Indonesia those amenities are usually a must. And the last thing to note, the villa appears much smaller in reality then it is on the pictures, it doesn't have a garden or any space around, only the small area around the pool. All in all, this a good rental but definitely not the best value for money preposition in the area. For price this high, we've expected a more sophisticated super host experience

La villa est exceptionnelle! Nous étions un famille de deux adultes et trois enfants. Pendant notre séjour nous nous sommes vraiment sentis chez nous. La piscine est top aussi. On a réellement adore cette villa, on recommande ! Julien et Jeremy ont été formidables durant tout le séjour.
