Beautiful cottage settled amongst the strawberry patches in our back garden with everything you need for a comfortable and fun stay. This new fully insulated cosy cottage has a warm and light filled bedroom with a high-quality queen-sized bed and separate ensuite bathroom and desk. There is a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave oven and kettle. Tea, coffee & muesli is supplied. There is a heater and high speed NBN WIFI. Please note that smoking within the property is not allowed. The cottage is situated at the back of our family home however there is a separate entrance. Our household has three young children so they may be in and out between the house and the garden. We do not have any pets. The cottage is fully insulated and is fully heated. The space is great for the solo adventurer, couples and business travellers. An infant can also be accommodated for in the space. We do have a travel Porta cot if you need. Please just arrange this with us prior to your stay. We are located close to the CBD and 20 mins walk to the Yarraville Village, hosting many great restaurants and the Sun Theatre. We are also located 14 minutes drive from the Spirit of Tasmania boat pier. There is on-street parking for cars. The cottage is suitable for two adults and one infant (if needed).
