Very comfortable and secure place to stay with family. Location is amazing too, staff was responsive with any assistance and for any queries.

On entry we were pleased with the apartment. However we immediately became disappointed and concerned as there was no table in the apartment. No dining area. No dining chairs. No table at all. We also could not find a clothes rack. Zenia would ask if we wanted to clean the apartment in the late afternoon while we were out. We requested for morning cleaning and they would turn up late. We learnt to throw away the rubbish on our own. No response to our feedback on not having a table. Meals were not convenient to eat. Generally clean. Sufficient utensils and cooking utensils to get our tea and heat up any food. Sofa bed too soft. No extra blankets nor pillows. Comforter found in cupboard was badly stained. Guest bathroom was helpful. Signs on the switches would have been helpful. Electrical appliances worked well. We didn’t try the washing machine.
